Pig Iron manufacturing facilities of our Group are one of its kinds in India. Our Group has access to the finest mineral resources in the country as well as a wealth of rich tradition of quality steel making.

Our country has huge deposits of Iron-ore and was probably the first in the world to discover the process of smelting some 3,000 odd years ago. The Iron Pillar built in Delhi during the 3rd to 5th century has a carbon level of less than 0.23% with zero manganese and almost zero sulphur. In spite of centuries of rain and scorching heat, the same remains strong with no rust at all.

We have set up two Mini Blast Furnaces with an installed capacity of 80,500 MT per annum. Pig Iron manufactured by our Group meets exacting and quality product standards. Low sulphur and phosphorous are our standard product offerings, which meet the requirements for manufacture of ductile grades of casting.

We have a Technical Assistance team, which provides consultancy to our valued customers on the use of Pig Iron in Foundries and for manufacturing MS Ingots. Chemical testing of Pig Iron is taken in our laboratories for every cast that is produced.
