Our company has been the leader in eastern India in the production of Mild Steel and Alloy Billets. We have five furnaces with a total manufacturing capacity of 96,600 MT per annum. The ingredients required for production, namely Sponge Iron and Steel Grade Pig Iron, are manufactured within the group itself, which enables us to give our furnaces an ideal charge so as to maximise steel output.

We manufacture Alloy Steel using the ladle process, which significantly reduces the inclusion level and the presence of impurities. The different types of Alloy Steel we manufacture are Spring Steel, File Steel, Tool Steel, Carbon Steel, etc., in ingot sizes from 3 x 4 inches to 23 x 26 inches

We have well qualified personnel in our factories who determine the chemical mix for every charge, so that the chemical properties of the steel manufactured is accurate and according to established standards.

Our laboratory functions full time to ensure adherence to quality standards. Samples are checked for every heat manufactured for chemical compositions.

We have a system of giving our Billets a cosmetic finish, which results in better realisation of the metal content in them.

We manufacture Billets of both, Rolling and Forging Grade. While a portion of the Rolling Grade Billets are sent to our Re-rolling Mills in Durgapur and Liluah for conversion into TMT Thermex Bars and Heavy Rounds, the remaining are sold to prominent mills in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal. We have indeed carved out a niche for ourselves in delivering quality to our customers.
